Grilled Chicken with Strawberry Basil Glaze

This Grilled Chicken with Strawberry Basil Glaze is a springtime showstopper — juicy grilled chicken breasts topped with a sweet-savory glaze made from Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar and Basil Infused Olive Oil. It’s simple, elegant, and packed with fresh flavor, perfect for warm-weather dinners, backyard meals, or garden gatherings.

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp Basil Infused Olive Oil (plus more for brushing)

  • 1/3 cup Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil

  • Optional garnish: extra basil, sliced strawberries


🔥 Instructions:

  1. Make the glaze: In a small saucepan, combine Strawberry Balsamic, honey, and garlic. Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in Basil Olive Oil and chopped basil.

  2. Prep the chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Lightly brush with Basil Olive Oil.

  3. Grill: Cook over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  4. Glaze & serve: In the final minute of grilling, brush chicken generously with the glaze. Serve drizzled with extra glaze and garnished with additional basil and sliced strawberries if desired.

  • Pound the chicken breasts slightly for even cooking.

  • The glaze also works beautifully on grilled tofu or pork.
