Strawberry Vanilla Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the vanilla olive oil, strawberry balsamic, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Drizzle any leftover glaze over the chicken before serving.
