Strawberry Vanilla Balsamic Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the vanilla olive oil, strawberry balsamic, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Drizzle any leftover glaze over the chicken before serving.
