Crispy, creamy, and bursting with flavor, these truffle raspberry crostini make the perfect gourmet appetizer. The creamy goat cheese provides a rich base, while fresh raspberries add a pop of sweetness. Finished with a drizzle of earthy truffle olive oil and tangy raspberry balsamic, these crostini deliver a balance of elegance and simplicity. Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Truffle Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • Honey (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices with truffle olive oil and bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crisp.
