Blood Orange & Espresso Vinaigrette Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed greens (e.g., arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
- Sliced oranges, goat cheese, and candied walnuts (optional toppings)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the blood orange olive oil, espresso balsamic vinegar, orange juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Toss the mixed greens with the vinaigrette just before serving.
- Top with sliced oranges, crumbled goat cheese, and candied walnuts for added texture and flavor.
