Blood Orange & Espresso Vinaigrette Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed greens (e.g., arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
  • Sliced oranges, goat cheese, and candied walnuts (optional toppings)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the blood orange olive oil, espresso balsamic vinegar, orange juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Toss the mixed greens with the vinaigrette just before serving.
  3. Top with sliced oranges, crumbled goat cheese, and candied walnuts for added texture and flavor.
