Spicy Dark Chocolate Steak Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Roasted Chili Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chili olive oil, chocolate balsamic vinegar, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place steaks in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove steaks from the marinade and grill to your desired doneness.
  5. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
