In a medium bowl, whisk together the chili olive oil, chocolate balsamic vinegar, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Place steaks in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove steaks from the marinade and grill to your desired doneness.
Rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
