Fresh and Flavorful Spring Steak Salad Recipe
This Spring Herb Steak Salad features marinated grilled steak served over crisp greens and spring veggies, all tossed in a tangy vinaigrette made with our Honey Ginger Balsamic and Rosemary Olive Oil. It’s hearty, refreshing, and perfect for warm weather meals.
Ingredients:

1 lb flank or skirt steak

2 tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil (plus more for salad)

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder

Spring greens, snap peas, radishes, cucumber

2 tbsp Honey Ginger Balsamic

1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions:

Marinate steak in olive oil and seasoning for 1 hour.

Grill to desired doneness, let rest, then slice thinly.

Toss salad greens and veggies with vinaigrette made from balsamic, olive oil, and mustard.

Top with sliced steak and serve.
