Maple Walnut Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops-Warming Hints of Spring

A deeply flavorful balsamic-glazed pork dish with a nutty richness.
Ingredients:
- 2 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tbsp Roasted Walnut Oil
- 2 tbsp Maple 25 Star Balsamic
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts
Instructions:
- Season pork chops.
- Whisk together Roasted Walnut Oil, Maple 25 Star Balsamic, Dijon, soy sauce, and rosemary.
- Sear pork chops, pour in glaze, and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish with toasted walnuts.
