Maple Walnut Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops-Warming Hints of Spring

A deeply flavorful balsamic-glazed pork dish with a nutty richness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Walnut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Maple 25 Star Balsamic
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Season pork chops.
  2. Whisk together Roasted Walnut Oil, Maple 25 Star Balsamic, Dijon, soy sauce, and rosemary.
  3. Sear pork chops, pour in glaze, and cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Garnish with toasted walnuts.
