Maple Walnut Glazed Roasted Carrots

A sweet and savory roasted carrot dish with warm, nutty notes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrots
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Walnut Oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp Maple 25 Star Balsamic
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • Fresh thyme

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss carrots with Roasted Walnut Oil, Maple 25 Star Balsamic, honey, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Roast for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Garnish with walnuts and thyme.
