Maple Walnut Glazed Roasted Carrots

A sweet and savory roasted carrot dish with warm, nutty notes.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb carrots
- 2 tbsp Roasted Walnut Oil
- 1 ½ tbsp Maple 25 Star Balsamic
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts
- Fresh thyme
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss carrots with Roasted Walnut Oil, Maple 25 Star Balsamic, honey, salt, and cinnamon.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Garnish with walnuts and thyme.
