Roasted Root Vegetables with Maple Walnut Glaze

An earthy, caramelized veggie side.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb root vegetables
- 2 tbsp Roasted Walnut Oil
- 1 ½ tbsp Maple 25 Star Balsamic
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Toss all ingredients.
- Roast at 400°F for 30 minutes.
