Roasted Root Vegetables with Maple Walnut Glaze

An earthy, caramelized veggie side.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb root vegetables
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Walnut Oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp Maple 25 Star Balsamic
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Toss all ingredients.
  2. Roast at 400°F for 30 minutes.
