Classic Vinaigrettes Box Recipes

Classic Everyday Vinaigrette
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Arbequina EVOO

1 tablespoon White Balsamic

½ teaspoon Everyday Seasoning Salt

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper (optional)

Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or shake in a jar. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve over mixed greens.


Tuscan Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Traditional 25 Star Balsamic

2 tablespoons Arbequina EVOO

1 teaspoon Tuscan Farmhouse Blend

Pinch of sugar (optional)

Directions:
Combine balsamic, olive oil, and seasoning. Whisk until emulsified. Great for chopped Italian salads or marinated vegetables.


Bright White Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons White Balsamic

1 tablespoon Arbequina EVOO

½ teaspoon Lemon Rosemary Garlic Salt

1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Directions:
Whisk balsamic and olive oil together. Add salt and optional lemon juice. Perfect over arugula, spinach, or citrus salads.


Lemon Mediterranean Dressing
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Lemon EVOO

1 tablespoon White Balsamic

1 teaspoon Mediterranean Blend

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Directions:
Mix ingredients well until slightly thickened. Add a touch of honey for a hint of sweetness if desired. Delicious with Greek salads, tomatoes, or roasted vegetables.


Garlic Lovers Vinaigrette
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Garlic EVOO

1 tablespoon Traditional 25 Star Balsamic

½ teaspoon Roasted Garlic Sea Salt

1 teaspoon red wine vinegar (optional)

Directions:
Whisk olive oil and balsamic together, stir in garlic salt. Add a splash of red wine vinegar if desired. Great tossed with grilled vegetables or drizzled over roasted chicken.


Provençal Olive Dressing
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Herbes de Provence EVOO

1 tablespoon White Balsamic

1 tablespoon chopped Gavius Gourmet Lemon Stuffed Gordal Olives

½ teaspoon fresh lemon zest (optional)

Directions:
Stir together olive oil and balsamic. Fold in chopped olives. Finish with lemon zest if using. Excellent over a Nicoise-style salad or cold pasta salads.
