  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Rosemary Olive Oil, Cranberry Pear White Balsamic, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken in Rosemary Olive Oil for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over the top.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle extra glaze over the chicken for added flavor.
