Hojicha

Our delicious powdered hojicha is similar to matcha in how you prepare it (whisking). Organic and perfect for making at home, our hojicha is just hojicha - no fillers, no added sugar. Hojicha is a roasted green tea with a roasty earthy chocolate flavor. Our retail pouch of hojicha (40g) will make cafes approximately 16 hot or iced cups of tea, you need only use 1-2 teaspoons per 16 oz cup. As matcha grows in popularity, hojicha is also starting to gain attention. Try it with banana milk and banana cold foam! Try it with a little maple syrup and soda water. It's SO good.
