2024 Good Food Award Winner
This nut butter saves tigers! We’ve partnered with local nonprofit, Carolina Tiger Rescue, to donate proceeds from each jar sold to fund their education and advocacy work around wildlife habitat preservation and stopping the destruction of the palm oil industry.
Lum Lum Thai Curry Peanut & Cashew Butter is handmade with High-Oleic Runner peanuts, Organic Fair Labor cashews, Hubs Virginia XL peanuts (for extra crunch), Organic coconut nectar, Thai Red Curry spice blend, and Jacobsen sea salt. Accented with galangal and lemongrass, the spice blend at the heart of this nut butter also includes red chiles, coriander, paprika, lime peel, garlic, and shallots, all of which are freshly milled and hand-blended by our friends at The Spice House.
In Northern Thailand, “lum lum” is slang for “delicious,” and we think it’s the perfect way to describe this special Limited Batch nut butter!
