The mussels are cultivated in the cold, nutrient-rich waters off the coast of southern Chile using open-sea long-line aquaculture. Harvested at peak season for the best texture and flavor, they are ASC-certified and packed in partnership with heritage producers in Spain and Chile.
Bold, savory, and gently smoky with just the right amount of heat, these mussels are ready to serve straight from the tin. Spoon them over toasted baguette, add them to pasta or rice, or include them on a seafood board with olives, pickled vegetables, and a glass of something crisp.
