Roasted Chile Olive Oil
A little less smoky than our Chipotle Olive Oil, use it to spice up almost any dish. Let your imagination run wild! Just the right amount of spice to add more flavor then heat. If you like spicy food, use this in place of your regular olive oil for sauteing vegetables, making scrambled eggs... pretty much anything. Drizzle it over grilled tomatoes & toss into a pasta with some cotija cheese sprinkles. This oil features a smoky red pepper flavor on the palate with a nice dose of heat at the back of your throat.
